Karla represented the Fulbright Program at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies International Education Management Poster Fair.

EMPOWERED YOUTH OF CADIZ
With a grant from USAID, Karla created a youth- led, peer education program linking adolescents from two local neighborhoods in her Peace Corps community to trained medical service providers educating them on a variety of healthy and safe practices to delay sexual initiation and/or reduce sexual risks among adolescents.
